BEGINS JANUARY 13, 2026 * Please call (909) 591.1239 to make appt. to finalize enrollment. * Kinder Students must be 5 yrs. old on or before September 1, 2026 * Immunization Record * Birth Certificate or Passport * Print Out Aeries Registration Form * Proof of Residence – Original Current Utility Bill – Water, Gass or Electricity (No copies accepted & must be in parent/guardian name) ** Please Note: In order to receive priority number & finalize enrollment, all documents must be complete.

Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents/guardians to review, update and confirm essential student/family information. During Data Confirmation, families will be able to edit and review information such as Emergency Contact, Medical Conditions, Authorizations and District Policies.
