Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents/guardians to review, update and confirm essential student/family information. During Data Confirmation, families will be able to edit and review information such as Emergency Contact, Medical Conditions, Authorizations and District Policies.

Meet & Greet

Oak Ridge Elementary Meet and Greet Friday, August 7, 2026 8:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. IMPORTANT: Data Confirmation must be completed by July 31st to meet your student’s teacher at Meet & Greet on Friday, August 7th. Please make sure to enter all emergency contacts and update all health issues. Data Confirmation must be completed to view your student’s teacher on Aeries Parent Portal which will be visible on Thursday, August 6th at 4:00 p.m.

New Student Registration

* Please call (909) 591.1239 to make appt. to finalize enrollment. * Kinder Students must be 5 yrs. old on or before September 1, 2026 * Immunization Record * Birth Certificate or Passport * Print Out Aeries Registration Form * Proof of Residence – Original Current Utility Bill – Water, Gass or Electricity (No copies accepted & must be in parent/guardian name) ** Please Note: In order to receive priority number & finalize enrollment, all documents must be complete.
